Food & Wine Pairings: A Tailored Experience

In our restaurant, wine accompanies, never dominates. It highlights, reveals, even surprise, but always remains attuned to the dish and the moment.

Wine Tasting : Meeting the Winemakers

From December to April, five evenings punctuate the season around a guest winery. The Chef crafts a bespoke menu, designed to echo the cuvées presented by the winemaker himself.

These are simple and precious moments, where we talk about terroir, passion, cuisine, around a meal conceived as a conversation between the vine and the ocean.

At our table, we cherish the idea of offering much more than a meal: a gastronomic experience to share, in a warm and refined setting, facing the Vendée coastline.
